SphereCel SBF is a volumetric product with microspheres of sewn glass fiber material and additional glass fiber. It is a true glass fiber based core material. It is easily used in wet lamination applications to produce stable, light and homogeneous parts. This excellent characteristic will result in 40% less resin consumption to obtain a part of the same thickness and composed entirely of glass fiber plies. This core material can be used to replace other core materials with PVC volume. It can be easily deposited in the 3D structure of the mold. At the moment of soaking, a chamfer can be created with this product. Edges do not need to be cut and shaped before application. If thicker lamination is required, multiple layers can easily be applied on top of each other. This product is available in 6-8-10 and 12mm thicknesses.
