SphereCel HX-OM-CM Nonwoven Honeycomb Polyester Core Felt

SphereCel HX OM (Open Molding) and CM (Closed Molding) are available in thicknesses of 1, 1.5 and 2 mm, in standard roll widths of 1 meter. It is suitable for OM Open Molding, CM Closed Molding (Infusion, LRTM) and has high compressive strength microspheres. Both types of products are compatible with Polyester, Vinylester and Epoxy resins. It is a solution for cost-reducing core applications. The honeycombed core areas are 6 mm in diameter. To facilitate applications, SphereCel HX OM and CM can also be supplied as self-adhesive layers. The product preferred in this way eliminates the need for adhesive spray and brings ease of application.
