The Portable Double Nozzle Gelcoat Spray Gun is a hand tool that works with air pressure. It is an effective low-cost solution for small or medium-sized part production for businesses that do not want to invest in a large Gelcoat System. It has separate chambers for gelcoat and catalyst (MEK-P). When used in this way, the catalyst and gelcoat combine in front of the nozzle and are applied to the mold surface. Since gelcoat curing is external, it prevents the waste of catalyst added gelcoat. It is possible to adjust the catalyst ratio between½% and 4%.
