Continuous Felts from Continuous Fibers

Felt from Continuous Fibers is a nonwoven multi-ply felt made of continuous, uninterrupted E-CR glass fiber. Glass fibers are bonded to each other with a silane-based binder. This felt is available with two different binders, powder or liquid, suitable for different production methods. Both types of binder felts are divided into types according to their lay-up, hardness, wetting time and strength values. Felt from Continuous Fibers is especially used in pultrusion, closed molding, infusion and injection processes. The felts also have a binder compatible with polyester, epoxy, and polyurethane resins.
