Micro Synthetic Polymer Based Fiber

KraTos Micro Synthetic Fiber Reinforcement is produced in accordance with EN 14889-2 Class I standards, using raw material created with KordSA’s special polymer-based formulation, and gives much superior results in preventing shrinkage cracks compared to polypropylene and basalt fibers. Compared to other synthetic fibers, KraTos Micro has a moisture absorption of up to 5%. This moisture retained by the fibers is reintroduced into the newly poured concrete from the stage where setting begins, creating a setting effect from the inside. Increases structural integrity by minimizing shrinkage cracks and shrinkage that may occur due to temperature.
