Material Preparation for SMC

Automated and precise transfer from the raw material silos to the mixing tanks to obtain the resin and filler mix. Mixture quantities registered on the PLC system, Gravimetric weighing ensures fast filling. Systems where the resin is mixed with fillers and additives allow batch preparation between 100 and 4000Kg. Variable speed settings, high performance mixing tips, wall plastering, temperature monitoring and control as well as vacuum option are available.
