Graco Helix Resin Mixer

The Graco Helix Resin Mixer is a system needed to get the material ready for production. It ensures that filled resins are brought to a viscosity suitable for production, especially in cold weather. Mixtures that do not achieve the correct flow parameters without the use of an agitator show significant reductions in the performance of sprayers. Graco’s patented Twistork Helix Mixer blades are designed to prevent this. It is used by attaching to the mouth opening of the barrel head. Unlike other mixers with propeller blades, it reduces settling and splashing by making gentle mixing movements.
